This level of care includes structured oversight, coordination with healthcare providers, and wraparound support services to promote recovery and prevent relapse or readmission.
Transitional housing offers a structured, recovery-focused environment for individuals moving from treatment or other support programs. Residents sign program contracts that outline expectations and participation requirements, ensuring accountability and stability while building readiness for independent living.
For those who are prepared to live more autonomously, independent living provides housing through traditional lease agreements. Residents gain increased responsibility and independence while maintaining access to supportive services as needed, fostering long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Assisted living is designed for individuals who benefit from additional support with daily living activities while still maintaining a level of independence. Provided under a lease-based model, this option combines housing with supportive services such as meal assistance, medication reminders, and daily living support, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life.
